In-house molds with up to a 1,000,000-cycle warranty
Grupo Perplast designs, machines and maintains molds in its own shop. Mold sizes range from 254 to 889 mm (10″ to 35″).
High-performance molds, designed and machined in-house
The Grupo Perplast team is involved in every aspect of the design, using mold-flow simulation software, CNC machining and only top-grade steels.

Sizes and finishes
From 254 × 254 × 254 mm (10″ × 10″ × 10″, 150 kg) for 80-ton machines, up to 889 × 813 × 813 mm (35″ × 32″ × 32″, 2.5 t) for machines up to 460 tons (Nissei 460).
Finishes: mirror polish, sandblast, EDM texture and grain.
Lead times
*1,000,000-cycle warranty with no maintenance cost when the mold runs in the Grupo Perplast facility.
